Canada's Health Care System Not Perfect
A Canadian man in British Columbia spent 22 hours waiting in 3 different hospitals after injuring his hand in a circular saw. Eventually the finger had to be amputated even though it would have been possible to reattach it.
This case highlights a few of the problems with Canada's health care system. While it is free, waits are common and service can be slow.
